We built LeaseExact because the number in a rental advert is almost never the number you pay.
Why we built it
Everyone who has rented in Dubai, Cairo, Riyadh, Doha or London has a story about the cost they found out too late: the cheque count, the compound fee, the agency fee at the contract, the deposit nobody mentioned. LeaseExact puts every one of those lines on the listing, worked out for your dates, before you call anyone.
How we work
Advertisers set the facts; we calculate and show where each fact came from. When something isn't confirmed, we say so. When nothing fits, we say why. And we never let money buy a better position or a badge.
Who makes it
LeaseExact is made by BytesGlue, a software company in Dubai. We also make Kluvan, a suite for small and growing businesses. LeaseExact is online — nothing to install — in English, Arabic and Urdu.
Where we are
LeaseExact is in early access. Egypt, the UAE, Qatar and the United Kingdom open first; Saudi listings are coming. Features that aren't ready say Coming, on every page.
What's next
Applications and offers, lease signing with licensed providers, and shortlists that relocation teams can send to employees. We'll say when each one is ready, not before.
