Who we are

LeaseExact is provided by BytesGlue Software Services and Solutions FZCO, Dtec G-1B, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We decide how personal data is used for renter accounts, the marketplace and this website.

When an advertiser uses the LeaseExact workspace to manage its own customers and team, the advertiser decides how that information is used and we process it on the advertiser's behalf. Questions about those records go first to the advertiser; we will help. You can reach us at contact@leaseexact.com.

What we collect from renters

Without an account: the searches and requirements you type, and the region cookie described on the cookies page. We do not need your name to show you homes.

With an account: your name, e-mail address, the identifier of the sign-in provider you chose, your language, a phone number if you add one, saved searches, alerts, shortlists, households, conversations, viewing requests and your privacy choices.

We do not ask for passports, visas or financial documents in search. We never infer your nationality, religion, gender, ethnicity, disability, family status or appearance, and we never score or rank renters for advertisers.

What we collect from advertisers

Organisation details; team members' names, e-mail addresses and roles; the phone number used to verify the organisation; permit and licence numbers and authority documents; listings, photos, offers and availability; the knowledge you approve; conversations and viewings; billing details; and security and audit records. Card details go directly to Stripe and we never see full card numbers.

How we use information, and why

We use information to provide LeaseExact (to perform our contract with you), to keep it safe and stop fraud (our legitimate interests and legal duties), to meet legal obligations such as tax and permit records, to send the service messages and alerts you asked for, and to send marketing e-mails only if you agreed to them. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share renters' data with advertising networks or advertising pixels, and the marketing website runs no analytics and no third-party scripts today.

What advertisers see about you

When you message an advertiser, they see your first name, your message and the home and dates you asked about. They see your phone number or e-mail only when you choose to share it in that conversation.

They never see your budget unless you put it in a message or an application, and they never see your other conversations, your shortlists, your households or your saved searches. When you delete your account, the content of your messages is removed and the advertiser sees "Deleted on request".

Households and shared links

Members of your household see the shared shortlist, votes and comments. They see your budget or contact details only if you allow it. Removing a member ends their access at once. A public share link shows the homes and votes only, never your requirements, budget or contact details.

The AI assistant, AI listing import and Ask

If an advertiser uses an AI assistant, your messages to that advertiser are processed to draft replies from the facts the advertiser approved. The AI assistant says that it is one, you can ask for a person at any time, and it never approves or rejects renters.

AI listing import processes the photos, text, PDFs and voice notes an advertiser uploads, and Ask processes the advertiser team's own records to answer their questions.

The AI model providers behind the AI assistant, AI listing import and Ask process this content only to return results, under contract with us. We will only use AI model providers that agree not to use this content to train their own models, and we will name them on the sub-processors page before general release.

Who we share information with

The advertisers you contact; the household members you invite; the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page; the sign-in provider you choose; Meta, when you write to an advertiser by WhatsApp; authorities, when the law requires it; and a buyer of our business, who must protect your data in the same way. We share only what each needs.

International transfers

LeaseExact is hosted with Amazon Web Services, and we will name the hosting region on the sub-processors page before general release. Some providers process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as contractual clauses approved for international transfers.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is open. Conversations are kept for 24 months after they close, then deleted, unless you delete them earlier or an advertiser's records must be kept longer by law.

When a renter deletes an account, we remove the account and the content of their messages. When an advertiser cancels, the organisation stays readable for 90 days for export and then closes; we delete it earlier on request.

Backups expire on a fixed schedule. We keep records the law requires, such as invoices, for the period it requires, and we respect legal holds.

Export and your rights

You can export your data from your settings at any time. Depending on the law of your country, including the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Qatar and the UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent.

Write to contact@leaseexact.com. We reply within one month or the time your law sets. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep renters' data separate from advertisers' data, limit and record staff access, and offer two-step sign-in to everyone. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children and changes to this notice

LeaseExact is not for anyone under 18, and we delete accounts we learn belong to a child.

We may update this notice. The date of the current version is 2026-10-21, and we tell account holders about important changes before they apply.
