Questions
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can search and see every exact-cost card without signing up. An account is only needed to save homes, message an advertiser, get alerts or request a viewing.
Can I search in Arabic or Urdu?
Yes. LeaseExact works in English, Arabic and Urdu, and you can describe your home in any of them. Listings show the advertiser's text with a labelled translation.
Can I search monthly furnished stays?
Yes. Say how long you need — three months, six months — and the card works out the whole stay, the monthly average and the cash before move-in.
What if the costs on the card turn out wrong?
The card shows what the advertiser entered and when. If the real terms differ, report the listing: we pause it while we look and tell you what we did.
Does LeaseExact sign the lease or hold my deposit?
No. The lease is between you and the landlord or their agent, and registration (Ejari, Ejar, a deposit scheme) is their step. We never hold money.
