How it works

One move, told from start to keys.

Mariam and Karim are moving from Cairo to Dubai for three months. Here is their search, scene by scene — with what they see on screen at each step. The people and homes are sample data.

The renters' side

Eight scenes, one week.

  1. On his phone in Cairo: "Furnished 1-bed in Dubai Marina or JLT, 1 January to 1 April, under AED 6,000 a month all in, own kitchen, about AED 8,000 before moving in."

    No sign-up needed to search.

What Karim sees (design preview, sample data)
  2. The Concierge asks only what changes the results: "Is your AED 6,000 for rent only, or rent plus bills?" Karim taps "Rent + bills" and the chip at the top updates.

It changes 23 of the homes found, so it asks.

What Karim sees (design preview, sample data)
  3. Results come in groups. Each card shows the rent as advertised, every month and the cash before move-in. "Needs one answer" names what's missing: "Bills not confirmed".

Sorted by fit. Nobody pays to be first.

What Mariam sees (design preview, sample data)
  4. The card for their dates: whole stay AED 17,350, AED 5,783.33 a month on average — within budget. To pay before move-in: AED 8,150, which is AED 150 over their cap.

    Shown before anyone calls anyone.

Not a booking. From Harbour Key's terms of 20 Oct. LeaseExact calculates; the advertiser sets.

  5. Harbour Key's AI assistant answers what it can from facts the agency approved — bills, cheques, parking — and hands the deposit question to Omar, a person.

The assistant says it is one. "Talk to a person" is always there.

What Karim sees (design preview, sample data)
  6. She opens the shared shortlist on her lunch break, puts Marina Vista on top and comments on the kitchen. Their budgets stay private to each of them.

    One shortlist, not five chats.

  7. Karim asked for Thursday 18:00. Omar confirms the time, who will meet them and how they get in: "Meet at the lobby, I'll have the key".

Requested, then confirmed — the status never guesses.

  8. After the viewing they want to offer with the deposit split in two payments. Applications and offers on LeaseExact are planned for 2027; for now, the conversation and the card stay as the record of what was agreed.

    We'll say when it's ready.

The advertiser's side

Meanwhile, at Harbour Key.

Nadia manages a team of six agents in Dubai. The same week, from her side. Numbers are a sample week.

  1. Nadia imports from their existing feed and Lina adds photos. AI listing import turns photos and notes into drafts; the team confirms the facts and the permit numbers before anything is published.

  2. The AI assistant answers about 60 questions that week — bills, cheques, parking — only from facts Harbour Key approved. 9 conversations needed a person; each landed with the right agent.

  3. "9 matching requests need confirmation that bills are included." Nadia adds one fact to the listing, and the next renters get the answer straight away.

What LeaseExact never does

Some things are not features we're missing. They're promises.

  • Loosen your budget, dates or must-haves without asking
  • Sell a better position or a trust badge
  • Share your phone or e-mail before you choose to
  • Ask you to pay a deposit or a fee to LeaseExact
  • Divide a yearly rent by twelve and call it monthly
  • Let an assistant invent a fact, a price or a promise
