Is the commission included in the rent?
Usually not. The card shows the broker's commission as its own line, as the advertiser entered it.
Can I pay monthly?
Many yearly leases in Egypt are paid monthly or quarterly. The card shows the schedule the contract uses.
Is the compound fee fixed?
The advertiser says whether it is fixed or estimated. An estimate shows as a range until it is confirmed.
Who owns the flat?
The listing shows whether the advertiser uploaded authority documents and whether we reviewed them.
Can I search in Arabic?
