About this list
Sub-processors are companies that process personal data on our behalf so that LeaseExact can work. Each one is bound by a contract that requires confidentiality and security, and receives only what it needs. This list is a draft; entries marked "named before general release" will be completed before LeaseExact opens to everyone.
Hosting and storage: Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services hosts the application, databases, files and backups. The hosting region will be named here before general release.
E-mail delivery: Amazon SES
Amazon Simple Email Service sends sign-in codes, alerts and notifications. It processes e-mail addresses, message contents and delivery events.
Payments for our own subscriptions: Stripe
Stripe processes advertisers' payments for LeaseExact plans. Card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see full card numbers. Stripe is not used for rent or deposits; LeaseExact never handles those.
Sign-in providers: Google, Microsoft, Apple and Meta (Facebook)
A sign-in provider is involved only when you choose its button. We receive your name, e-mail address and an identifier, and the provider learns that you signed in to LeaseExact. You can always sign in with a code sent to your e-mail instead.
WhatsApp Business Platform: Meta
Used only for advertisers who connect their own WhatsApp business number. Messages between that advertiser and renters who choose to write by WhatsApp pass through Meta under the advertiser's own Meta account and Meta's terms.
Model providers for the AI assistant, AI listing import and Ask
The AI assistant, AI listing import and Ask send message text, listing facts and uploaded files to AI model providers, which process them only to return results and may not use them to train their own models. The providers will be named here before general release.
Maps
Maps on listing and search pages load map images from a map tile provider, which sees your IP address and the map area you view. The provider will be named here before general release.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new sub-processor starts processing personal data, and give at least 30 days' notice except in an emergency. Organisations can ask for notice by e-mail, or object to a change, at contact@leaseexact.com. The date of the current version is 2026-10-21.
